Anionic surfactant is a kind of product with the longest development history, the largest yield and the most variety among surfactants. According to the structure of hydrophilic groups, anionic surfactants are divided into sulfonate and sulfated ester salts, which are the main categories of anionic surfactants at present. The main functions of surfactants are to change the surface of the liquid, the liquid-liquid interface and the liquid-solid interface, among which the surface (boundary) of the liquid is the most important.
Purpose:
It used in industrial detergent and civil liquid detergent, textile industrial cleaning agent, dyeing auxiliaries and flotation agent.
Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is obtained by sulfonation of dodecyl benzene with fuming sulfuric acid or sulfur trioxide and neutralizing with alkali. The disadvantage of sulfonation with fumigate is that some waste acids always exist in sulfonated materials after the reaction. After neutralization, sodium sulfate was brought into the product and its purity was affected. At present, the sulfonation method of sulfur trioxide-air mixture is adopted in industry. Sulfur trioxide can be evaporated from 60% fuming sulfuric acid, or the sulfur and dry air can be burned in the furnace to obtain a mixture gas containing so34%~8% volume fraction. The mixture gas was put into the sulfonation reactor containing alkylbenzene for sulfonation. The sulfonated material enters the neutralization system and neutralizes with sodium hydroxide solution, and finally into the spray drying system. The products obtained are powder with good fluidity.
